Affinity Software Video Tutorials
Below, you'll find video mtc-layout-video-mtc-layout-video-tutorials for Affinity Publisher (my favorite book design software program), Affinity Designer (my favorite book cover design software program) and Affinity Photo, which I use sometimes, but not all the time.
All three (3) of these Affinity programs are great alternatives to using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Fireworks and Illustrator. I used to have a subscription to Adobe.com to access those aforementioned programs. I canceled my subscription and purchased the Affinity suite (one-time purchase) and I couldn't be happier.
Affinity Designer

The program is a lot like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and my favorite, but now discontinued, Adobe Fireworks, which by the way was my go-to program for designing all my book covers, my clients' book covers, YouTube thumbnails, banners, buttons, you name it. Seriously, Affinity Designer rocks and I use it for all of my graphic design work!
Affinity Designer gives you the power to combine your images, graphics and text to make amazing images for use on the Web, in your videos and in print.
Also, Designer is a one-time purchase piece of software, unlike Adobe's Photoshop, Illustrator or Fireworks which requires a monthly subscription. NO WAY, NOT FOR ME!
Affinity Publisher

The program is a lot like Adobe's InDesign, but so much better! For me, this is my go-to software program to lay out the interior pages for all my books (and my clients' books).
Whether you want to design books, magazines, marketing materials, to social media templates, website mock-ups and other projects, Affinity Publisher gives you the power to combine your images, graphics and text to make beautiful layouts ready for publication and printing.
Also, Publisher is a one-time purchase piece of software, unlike Adobe's InDesign which requires a monthly subscription.

The program is a lot like Adobe's Photoshop, as in that it's an image editing software program.
Whether you’re editing and retouching images, creating full-blown multi-layered compositions or making beautiful raster paintings, Photo can do the job you want.
Also, this is a one-time purchase piece of software, unlike Adobe's Photoshop which requires a monthly subscription.
